🕯️ RETURN & REFUND POLICY — THE PLAGUED PAGE

The Sanctum accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, provide thy order number and the email used at purchase. Returned relics must arrive in their original condition, unaltered and undamaged, lest the rite be denied.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the traveler. Once the relic is received and inspected, a refund shall be issued to the original method of payment. The Sanctum charges no restocking fee.

Final Sale Collections: Certain artifacts are bound by finality and may not return to the Sanctum once claimed. Items marked as Final Sale—including those within designated collections—are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Relics: Should a relic arrive harmed or in error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with images of the issue. The Keeper shall guide thee toward replacement or remedy according to the Sanctum’s rites.

Non‑Returnable Items: Gift cards, digital offerings, and any relic explicitly marked as non‑returnable cannot re‑enter the Sanctum.
