Processing Times: Most relics depart the Sanctum within 2–5 business days. Handcrafted or limited artifacts may require additional preparation before they begin their journey.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only): Coins, slabs, raw comics, and all relics shipped directly from the Sanctum travel only within the United States. These artifacts are delicate, insured, and bound by customs restrictions that prevent safe passage beyond our borders.

International Shipping (Print‑on‑Demand Items Only): Select creations — such as apparel and other Print‑on‑Demand offerings — may journey worldwide. These items are fulfilled by our production partners, who handle all customs rites, duties, and international logistics on our behalf.

Tracking Information: Once a parcel leaves the Sanctum, a tracking sigil shall be sent to the contact path provided at checkout. Travelers may follow their relic’s progress as it moves between realms.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the traveler’s region and the nature of the relics claimed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels: Couriers may wander between realms without updating their sigils. If a parcel’s trail remains silent beyond the expected window, contact us with thy order number, and we shall inquire with the courier.
