Forged for the 250th anniversary of the Republic, this one‑year special issue Morgan Dollar stands as the Mint’s ceremonial tribute to America’s semiquincentennial. Struck in 99.9% silver and finished in a Reverse Proof, the coin gleams with frosted devices rising from mirror‑dark fields — a dramatic inversion of the classic proof aesthetic that gives the Morgan’s iconic portrait an ethereal, almost apparition‑like presence.
